Important Service Agreement — Please Read Before Enrollment
1. Plan Term
The Plan term is twelve (12) months beginning on the effective date stated in the final Service Agreement.
2. $150 Diagnostic & Service Visit Fee
A $150 Diagnostic & Service Fee applies to each scheduled repair-service visit. If multiple enrolled appliances at the same service address are diagnosed during the same scheduled appointment, one $150 fee applies to that visit. A separate future service visit, new failure, or unrelated service event may require another $150 fee.
3. Eligible Standard Repair Labor
Standard repair labor reasonably necessary to complete an approved eligible repair is included, subject to exclusions and limitations. Extraordinary access, specialty lifting, additional technicians, cabinetry/structural work, parking, tolls, ferries, and other excluded services may be separately chargeable.
4. $500 Total Parts Maximum Per Repair Visit
The Plan provides a maximum total parts benefit of $500 per approved repair visit, regardless of the number of eligible replacement parts required during that visit.
If the combined eligible replacement-parts cost for the approved repair visit is $500 or less, the eligible parts cost is included. If the combined eligible parts cost exceeds $500, the Plan contributes a maximum of $500 and the customer is responsible for the remaining eligible parts cost.
5. Multiple Appliances During One Visit
The single $150 service fee applies to the scheduled visit. The $500 total parts maximum also applies to that repair visit in the aggregate unless the final Service Agreement expressly provides otherwise. Multiple appliances diagnosed or repaired during one visit do not automatically create multiple $500 parts benefits.
6. Preventive Maintenance
The Plan includes two scheduled preventive-maintenance visits during the Plan term. Maintenance scope varies by appliance type, accessibility, manufacturer recommendations, and equipment condition.
7. No Complete Appliance Replacement
This Plan does not provide replacement of the complete appliance, a replacement allowance, cash settlement, reimbursement toward purchase of a new appliance, or any other complete-unit replacement benefit.
8. Pre-Existing Conditions
Pre-existing conditions are excluded unless expressly accepted in writing. Examples include known error codes, leaks, cooling/heating failures, abnormal noises, drainage problems, electrical failures, intermittent problems, or previously diagnosed but unrepaired conditions existing before the effective date.
9. Common Exclusions
Unless specifically included in writing, the Plan does not cover cosmetic defects, shelves, bins, racks, handles, knobs, filters, consumables, misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, commercial use, external plumbing/drainage, electrical-supply problems outside the appliance, building water-supply conditions, improper ventilation, pest damage, flood, fire, lightning, hurricane, storm, casualty, mold, construction/remodeling damage, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, walls, structural components, or manufacturer recalls.
10. Parts Availability
All repairs are subject to replacement-part availability. ITECH does not manufacture appliance components and cannot guarantee availability of any specific replacement part. A discontinued or unavailable part does not create a complete-appliance replacement benefit.
11. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the $150 service visit fee, all eligible parts cost above the $500 total parts maximum for the approved repair visit, non-covered parts or services, extraordinary access costs, taxes, shipping, parking, tolls, ferry charges, and other separately authorized excluded charges.
12. Cancellation & Refund
Customer Cancellation: The Plan may be cancelled by the customer subject to the cancellation and refund provisions in the final legally approved Service Agreement.
Pay Monthly: A customer using recurring monthly billing may request cancellation of future recurring charges in the manner provided in the final Service Agreement and the applicable Shopify subscription checkout terms.
Yearly Payment Plan: Any refund due after cancellation of a yearly Plan will be calculated according to the final legally approved Service Agreement and applicable Florida law.
Provider Cancellation: Any provider cancellation rights and required refund calculation will be governed by the final legally approved Service Agreement and applicable Florida law.
13. Florida Regulatory Notice
This web page is a customer-facing draft. Before sale, the final Service Agreement must identify the legally authorized provider/obligor and include all disclosures, cancellation/refund provisions, licensing information, delivery provisions, and other terms required by the Plan's final legal classification under Florida law.
